Eligibility & Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Betfred services. All new accounts are subject to identity and age verification in line with UK Gambling Commission requirements. Betfred reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and any funds returned where legally required.

Eligible users must:

Account Responsibilities

Each customer may hold only one account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and must not share them with anyone. Betfred is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your account details. Any suspicious activity should be reported to our support team immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in GBP. Betfred accepts a range of payment methods approved for UK customers. Processing times vary by method. Withdrawals are subject to standard verification checks before funds are released. Betfred does not charge fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual terms displayed at the point of offer. General conditions include:

• One bonus per customer, household, or IP address unless stated otherwise
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated timeframe
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash unless conditions are fulfilled

Fair Play & Prohibited Activity

Betfred operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent behaviour, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, and any form of collusion. Accounts found engaging in prohibited activity will be suspended without notice, and any winnings derived from such activity may be voided. All bets are accepted at Betfred's discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Betfred is not responsible for losses resulting from technical failures, third-party outages, or events outside its reasonable control. Service availability cannot be guaranteed at all times. Our liability is limited to the stake placed on any affected bet where a technical fault is proven.

Betfred may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or on-site notification. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
